Gemma + Zach

June 24, 2022

It was a classic summer wedding with pink, ivory, and white florals!

Gemma and Zach’s small wedding was such a joy to work on. She selected a pink and white color scheme but she didn’t want it washed out. So we selected flowers that were dusty rose, mauve, pink, natural greens and lots of white and ivory.

The bride wanted a sweet romantic look — romantic but not dramatic. At that time, we were also dealing with flower shortages in Ecuador so we had to be creative with our floral providers so that she could get what she wanted, plus Texas was having a record heat wave! The thermometer hit 104 the day of her wedding, but the flowers pulled through without any wilting! They were gorgeous and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

The brides romantic bouquet was overflowing with White Hydrangea, White, Pink, and Dusty Pink Roses, White Peonies, Pink Larkspur, Mauve Tulips, seeded eucalyptus, and carnations. The look was carried out through the rest of the arrangements, and reception tables.
